The Eakin Gallery was established in 1979 from their premises in High Street, Portadown. During the
next ten years they held several exhibitions at The Culloden Hotel, Cultra and The Wellington Park Hotel,Belfast.
In 1989 a gallery was opened on Belfast's Lisburn Road and they remain trading there today.

The Eakin Gallery stocks one of Ireland's largest selection of traditional and contemporary Irish paintings.
Currently on view are works by artists such as Basil Blackshaw, Neil Shawcross, Colin Middleton, William
Conor, Frank McKelvey, Maurice Wilks, Louis le Brocquy, William Scott, Charles McAuley, George Callaghan,
Ian McAllister, Cecil Maguire, Paul Walls, Paul Bell, Tom Carr, Hamilton Sloan, Tom Kerr, J B Vallely,
Norman McCaig, Brian Ballard, Tom Ryan, etc.
