Jonathan Aiken
Born
in Lisburn, Co.Antrim 1965.
Formal training in Architecture and Design at Queen's University, Belfast.
Practising artist since 1994.
Being self taught Jonathan Aiken's work has unique and desirable
originality. His sense of colour and composition involves the viewer.
Jonathan's work brings
about a refreshing change of style and technique. Pleasant in manner but professional in his work, no
subject seems to alter his competence.
His work has been selected for various group exhibitions
throughout Ireland which recently included 'Art From Ulster', Boyle Festival, Co.Roscommon 2002.
Jonathan Aiken was a finalist in 'Bass Ireland Contempoary Arts Touring Exhibition 2002' and 'Bass Ireland
Contemporary Arts Exhibition 2000'
